Robert P. LaPan (LaPan)
MILLBURY/GRAFTON: Robert (Bobby) P. LaPan, 60, passed away at home November 27, 2016, after a brief illness. He is survived by his daughter Rachel LaPan-Viens and her husband Mark, his son Arthur (AJ) LaPan and his partner Andrew, his sister Barbara Record, brothers John LaPan and William LaPan and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife of 18 years Cheri (Rand) LaPan, his brother Arthur LaPan, sisters Lucille Danahy and Shirley Bellevue, and long-time friend Beverly Scobie. Bobby was born January 1, 1956 in Worcester son of the late Alice (Durand) and Arthur LaPan. He grew up in Millbury and raised his family in Grafton. He worked for many years at Data General and more recently at Rand Automotive Center in Shrewsbury. Bobby was a self-proclaimed “Jack of All Trades Master of None” and enjoyed spending time fixing cars, repairing computers or tinkering with something. All are welcome to gather with Bob’s family and friends Friday December 2nd from 5pm to 7pm at Roney Funeral Home 152 Worcester St. N. Grafton, MA 01536. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated for Bob Saturday December 3rd at 10:00am at St. Mary’s Church in North Grafton. He will then be laid to rest at Pine Grove Cemetery in North Grafton.
