Debbi Abbott Holmgren
I was saddened to read of your husband/ father's passing. Even after all of these years since we lived across from you on Francis Street, I clearly remember "Mr. Kneeland". When I think of him, I remember a kind soul, a quiet gentleman with such a strong sense of family, and a man who more often than not, wore a smile. I think of the many children in the neighborhood ..... the Zennitinis(spelling?), Antayas, Croteaus, DiVirgilios, and of course, "Bubblegum Bernie"- Mr. Kneeland was so patient and kind with all of us.
I was out of town on business and did not learn of the services until after they were over. Although I don't like to express my condolences via the internet, I am not sure where you are living now, and I did want to contact all of you.
Please know that my heartfelt thoughts and sympathies are with all of you during this sorrow filled time. As you adjust to life without his physical presence, I pray you will gain peace and comfort through the memories of special times you shared.
With warm hugs and deepest sympathy,
Debbi Abbott Holmgren & the Abbott Family
